Meet Marylin — a full-time working single mom who decided she was DONE making excuses and READY to show up for herself. With a demanding schedule and barely any time to spare, Marylin still found a way to put in the work day after day.

Rebeca traveled from Texas to Las Vegas to compete in her very first OCB Women’s Bikini Competition—and earned 2nd place in all three categories! Her discipline, focus, and dedication to the plan led to an incredible debut. This is just the beginning!

In this time, she made incredible progress, placing 2nd at the OCB Michigan, just one placing away from earning her pro card out of 7 competitors. In her debut competition, she secured 4th place out of 11 participants, showing her impressive dedication and growth.

Heidi made incredible progress over the course of a few months, dropping 8 pounds and losing two inches off her waist. Throughout this transformation, she not only shed fat but also built noticeable muscle size and strength. Her hard work and dedication truly paid off, achieving both fat loss and muscle gain, a testament to her commitment and disciplined approach.
